Snow Crystal

THANK YOU MARI!!

I adopted this adorable pony from MyLittlePon3Lov3 , and somehow managed to draw her! Though her eyelashes are all weird and she may look a bit evil... more so while I was drawing her and I actually got a bit scared! but I fixed it the best I could to make her less menacing! XD

I couldn't figure out how to do her hair like Mari's original design:  butchercup34.deviantart.com/ar… , so I improvised a bit and this is the result!

Description:

Snow Crystal may be a Pegasus, but she is very down-to-earth. She prefers the winter and enjoys snuggling under a blanket with a mug of hot chocolate (wait, can ponies do that? eh whatever, in my world they do!) on a cold winter night. Snow is confident in the choices she makes, but is super negatively affected if she is ever proven wrong. She collects anything unique she can find and makes them into jewelry to sell, give away as gifts, or even for herself.

Cutie Mark:

Snow Crystal's cutie mark is two purple quartz sticking out of the snow. When Snow was a filly, running around in the snow, she came across an odd looking rock buried under the flakes. Somehow, she knew it was special so Snow picked it up and rushed home, ignoring the other fillies as they teased her for finding such great interest in a rock. Once she was home, Snow Crystal eventually broke open the rock to reveal a sparkling purple quartz. Ecstatic about her find, she made the jewel into a necklace and took it to school for show-and-tell. When the other fillies showed their jealousy, Snow told them that they could have had it if they had not been so quick to assume. Snow Crystal suddenly got her cutie mark as a symbol of her sharp eye for unique things, ability to see passed a seemingly ugly outer shell, and the confidence she had in herself the moment she saw the rock. 

  I think it took me longer to write her back story than it did to actually draw her!
